#RespectTheYard – Flow Tech’s Company Outing to Dunkin Donuts Park

Attending a Hartford Yard Goats game is a very popular activity these days. Not only is it popular with baseball fans, but families, industry professionals, and the average Connecticut resident too. We’re not sure if the popularity is due to the team, location, beautiful new stadium or a combination of all three, but we agree that heading to that Hartford ballpark leads to a good time!

After much anticipation and roadblocks with construction, the Hartford Yard Goats Stadium at Dunkin Donuts park was completed and opened for its maiden season in 2017.  Since opening day, attending a game was something we always wanted to schedule as a company outing, but for one reason or another, it never happened. Two weeks ago all that changed when Flow Tech concluded the long Memorial Day weekend with a trip to Dunkin Donuts Park to see a Yard Goats game.

After researching the many group ticket options the ballpark offers we decided on Party Deck Tickets. With the Party Deck, your tickets grant you access to the Yard Goats Club and you get a choice of the location either behind first base (Sam Adams Party Deck) or third base (Heniken Party Deck. Each ticket also comes with a full cookout dinner buffet and non-alcoholic drinks.

Every Flow Tech employee along with 1 guest of their choosing was invited to attend the outing. We ended up with 34 people in attendance. From the parking lot pregame and ballpark bingo to the easy bathroom access and beautiful moon, everyone had a great time. Sadly the Yard Goats lost against the Harrisburg Senators but it was a very close and exciting game! The weather made for the perfect night game too.

We highly recommend booking your next company outing at Dunkin Donuts Park. The sales department is very easy to work with and like we stated before, they have a lot of affordable group ticket options. We’re looking forward to booking another outing there next year!
